In the beginning, the movie is introduced as below (rough translation) “The organizations joined in the underwater performance under the Gangjeong-dong light house are: Green Korea United, Jeju Solidarity for Participatory Self-Government & Environmental Preservation, Gangjeong-dong Committee against the Jeju Naval Base, Jeju Haema Diving Center and MBC(Munhwa Broadcasting Corporation). “This video contained the aspirations of the divers who oppose against the Jeju naval base construction in the Gangjeong Sea, the cultural properties protection area that is designated by the five laws on protection. The banners the protesters are hanging at the end of the performance say: ‘Natural Memorial NO. 442_Please protect the soft coral in the Gangjeong Sea~!! No naval base construction that destroys the world-class soft coral habitat! and No Naval Base, Protect Coral!'
